• After 21 days, store credit will be given for any new, unused, and unwashed item(s).
• Sale items are always FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit.
• Custom items are not eligible for return or store credit. These include bed skirts with ribbon trim added, drapery with custom hem, drapery with ribbon or fabric trim added, anything monogrammed, freighted items, special order items and anything which indicates custom on the product description.
• To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Form should be downloaded, filled out, and emailed to the company. A printed copy should be included with the return.
• Items should be returned in the original packaging and box. No refunds or store credits are offered on items that are damaged in transit.
